Mike Ferraro and Ryan Jones Training Sessions in London, UK

Mike Ferraro is a legendry wakeboard coach you all know of, synonymous with high end training of the world's elite athletes.

Ryan Jones is an amazing wakeboarding coach and performer who has been training Nicola Butler with the aid of trampoline techniques to great effect. He also has trained riders such as Rusty Malinoski, Phil Soven, Bob Soven, Shaun Murray....

This training is being organised by John Wood, the Performance Director of the BWS(AW) and looks to be highly attended by competition coaches, elite wakeboarders and waterskiers alike. Numerous UK riders make the long trip over to the US to be coached by Mike and Ryan so it is a fantastic opportunity that John has arranged to be trained by them in the UK.

The emphasis for much of the training will be on off-water techniques as demonstrated by Ryan Jones in the following video...

As you can see off-the-water training is an excellent way to improve muscle memory whilst maximising time behind the boat and on the cable.
