Wakeboard UK is disappointed to announce the planned 2020 Malibu Boats UK Wakeboard Nationals has been cancelled. Having reviewed the latest Government legal and guidance documents relating to Coronavirus (COVID-19) the committee could not see a path to organising a safe and exciting Boat Nationals this year.

Wakeboard UK are proud to announce the 2020 British Wakeboard Squad. The British Wakeboard Squad is the pool of riders that are eligible and invited to attend international events such as the IWWF European Wakeboard Championships and IWWF World Wakeboard Championships.

Wakeboard UK is part of BWSW and we strictly follow the UK Government, NHS and BWSW advice regarding the ongoing COVID-19 Coronavirus situation. In summary riders and athletes are also advised to follow all government, NHS, and BWSW guidelines. In addition, the British Wakeboard Squad is currently NOT operating squad training activities and we will review this when virus incidence rates have dropped to an acceptable level and the track and trace program is in a proven state.
