Wakestock 2008 Line Up and Dates

Wakestock has grown; the usual weekend in Wales has now turned into two separate weekends. The beautiful surroundings of Belhiem Palace, Oxfordshire will play host to wakestock number one. Wakestock number two taking place in the spiritual home of Wakestock, Abersoch, North Wales the following weekend. Read more for dates and line up details.

Wakestock Announces Additional Venue at Blenheim Palace

Following a whole host of rumours flying round the world of wake, the organisors of Wakestock can now confirm that in 2008 there will be 2 Wakestocks. The first will be held at Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, Oxfordshire on the dates 27th – 29th June. And the second will be the original event at Abersoch, Cardigan Bay, North Wales held the following weekend starting 4th July.

Wakestock 2007 Pro Finals - Full Results

Despite the weather the Wakestock Pro final went ahead as planned. Some of the best riders from around the world , cheered on by a large crowd, competed for prestigious title.

The riding standard was extremely high, with Brad Smeele from New Zealand taking first place in the Pro Mens and the Australia's Kath Moore winning the Pro Womens, the results are as follows:

2007 Wakestock Pro Comp Live On The Web

Wakestock & Alliance Wakeboard will be using the latest technology to broadcast the Wakestock Pro wakeboarding competition live over the internet and simultaneously on a large outdoor screen in the festival campsite 3 miles from Pwllheli Marina, where the competition is held. You will be able to watch all the action from Europe’s largest wakeboard competition as it happens, anywhere in the world. And the best thing is that it’s absolutely free!

Wakestock Set to Sell Out
