This Saturday sees stop 2 of the MasterCraft GB / Wakeboard UK Rider League. Treeton in Sheffield is the location and we see a slightly overfull field of riders. Demand has been immense for this years tour with riders from all across the country wanting to get in with a shout of taking the title.

Saturday 26th of April the sun was shining at Calmwater Bay Knaresborough for the first stop of this years MasterCraft GB Wakeboard UK Rider League Wakeboard Tour in association with Watersports World.

With the excitement increasing with this weekend's Wakestock festival in Abersoch, wakeboarding groms around the UK are thinking ahead to competing in their upcoming wakeboard competition and registering for the Groms Nationals 2007.

With just days to go, young wakeboarders & wakeskaters up and down the country are busy practicing for the 2007 British Wakeboard & Wakeskate Junior (Groms) Nationals. With more youngsters getting involved in the sport and the chance to win a National Championship title, the standard of riding and the number of competitors will be higher than ever. Alongside the main competition will be a number of demos from top UK wakeboarders and wakeskaters and a spectacular cash prize event on the Saturday night.

A new Wakeboard UK Affiliated competition has been announced by Liquid Leisure.
