New Champions
2011 saw new Open Mens and Open Ladies Champions with Sam Carne claiming the title in Mens and Jules Hayley in Ladies. Sam has been in the top 3 in the last few National Championships and has now made it to the top to be crowned the 2011 Wakeboard UK Open Men Champion.
The Open Nationals provide the top UK riders with a chance at becoming the UK National Champion in a number of divisions including the Open Men, Open Ladies, Wakeskate, Masters, Open Men 2. The Nationals is an IWSF affiliated event and a points earning competition.
A very high level or riding was seen and helped by the fat wake from the official Mastercraft towboat, supplied by official competition sponsor Mastercraft GB.
